He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Salerno and Maria Salerno; his wife Rosemarie Salerno; and his siblings, Thomas, Mary Novelli, Agnes Romano and Katherine Giocondi.
He is survived by: his nephew Frank Romano of Blanc Printing, Bridgeville.; his daughters, Becky Carson of Castle Shannon and Theresa Elkin (David) of Cranberry Twp; his granddaughters, Nicole Costello, Michelle Costello, Katie Stanley (Chad) and Julie Elkin; and his great grandchild Victoria Eames.
