Cicero (Saint Clair, Pennsylvania), born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2017, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas; her brother Michael Dietrich; and also Cicero. She is survived by: her parents, Charlene Altemos Koch (John) and Saint Clair; and her children, Charlene Koch and Patterson St.
