He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard G. Tkac, Sr. and Emily Tkac (Swartz). He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Andresky-Baumgart (late Edward) of Greeneville, TN, Annette "Tina" Mulvaney of Pittsburgh, Dale W. Tkac (Patti) of Goodyear, AZ and Alan J. Tkac of Jefferson Hills. He is also survived by uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
