She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Shoemaker (Stitt) and Robert Shoemaker; her husband Robert H. Crooks; and her brother Robert "Os" Shoemaker. She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis J. Miller Saegertown (Jim) and Cynthia A. Silvis; her grandchildren, Kimberly A. Sherretts (Joshua), Laura A. Silvis and Thomas C. Silvis; and her great grandchild Rosemarie Sherretts of Meadville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
