She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse J. Stillwagon and Gladys E. Stillwagon (Wildman); her husband Frank E. Bell; her stepfather Clyde Hovis; her grandchild Hayden Smith; and her brother Merle LeRoy "Lee" Stillwagon.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Margaret "Peggy" Smith (William) of Port Orange, FL, Anthony Bell (Jane Wieczork) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Gary Bell, Marsha Severo (Louis) of Meadville, Steven Bell (Nina) of Arvada, CO, Ross Bell (Peggy) of Meadville and Darby Tenon (Tim) of Salem, VA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren; in addition to numerous step grandchildren, step great grand children, step great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
