She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Vaughn and Martha Vaughn (McKinley); and her husband David L. Henry. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Henry of Saegertown, Robert Henry (Dawn) of Saegertown and Patrick Henry of Saegertown; her grandchildren, Kellie Eakin (Eric), Kyle Henry (Chelsey Coulter), Kurtis Henry, Miranda Henry, Jessica Schaefer and Katie Schaefer; and her brother Gerald Vaughn of Cochranton. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
