He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Powell and Mildred Powell (DeRouchie); his son Mitchell Powell; and his siblings, Anabelle Price and Bill Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Powell of Meadville, PA, Shawn Powell of Meadville, PA, Eric Powell of Saegertown, PA and Shavonne Powell (Michael Bish) of Meadville, PA; his grandchildren, Meagan Powell-Castellon, Morgan Powell-Castellon, Shane Powell, Kelsey Powell, Eric Powell, Jr., Christian Powell, Cameron Geist, Corbyn Bish, Matalyn Bish and Peytyn Bish; and his siblings, Shirley Skillsky, Rosemarie Dewey, Donna Birch, Millie Powell, Gary Powell and Tim Powell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
