Shorts (Saegertown, Pennsylvania), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Shorts and Treva Shorts (Davison); his former wife Beatrice Acker; his wife Bea; his granddaughter Trista Blackwelder; and his sisters, Violet Jennes and Geraldine Perry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Pears of Saegertown and Susan Walker (Richard) of Saegertown; and his grandchildren, Brent Pears, Julee McDaniel, Charlene Toy, Carrie Crouch, Melanie Merritt, Eileen Bish and Michael Walker. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
