He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Eastman and Nellie May Wright Eastman; his wife Marie Elsie Chilcote; his daughter Jenny McCune; his grandson Mackenzie Theodore Eastman; his brothers, Robert and Donald Eastman; and his son-in-law Frank C. Kamper, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Chris Allen Chilcote of Meadville, Randy Eastman (Darlene) of Erie, Cheryl Kamper of Spartansburg and James Eastman of Mill Village; his grandchildren, Selissa Chapman, Denise Long, Terra Cass, Robert Eastman, Joey McCune, Jr., Jasmine McCune, Christopher Eastman, Matthew Eastman and Zachary Eastman; his brother Gail Eastman (Maureen) of Conneaut, OH; and his close friend Pat Slayton of Saegertown. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
