He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Mary Elizabeth Bess Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Sherry Meabon (David) of Pittsburgh and Brenda Seth (Bill) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Jeromie, Jared, James, Meghan and Cassandra; and his siblings, Cheryl Lynn Fuller of Maine and Kenneth Fuller of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
