She was predeceased by: her parent George Rapp; her husband Belmer W. "Bum" Hitchcock; her brothers, Galen, James and Clifford Rapp; and her daughters-in-law, Penny Kohler Hitchcock and Eileen Elliott Hitchcock.
She is survived by: her parent Isabelle Hollabaugh Rapp; and her children, Barbara Woodfield (Bill) of Ellery Center, NY, Willard B. Hitchcock (Becky) of Lander, PA, George P. Hitchcock of Jamestown, NY and David A. Hitchcock (Lisa) of Lander, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
