It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia L. Simonsen of Russell, Pennsylvania, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Simonsen and Phyllis DeVore Simonsen; her niece Lisa Simonsen; and her pet Rex. She is survived by: her brother James Simonsen of Sheffield, PA; and her pet Moon.
