She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Stub" and Velma Anderson Osborne; her husband Richard Hoover; and her siblings, Claudia Barr, Katherine Risley, Shirley Shinn, Curtis Arp and Thomas Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Rivett of Russell and Louis Rivett Jr (Kimberly) of Youngsville; her siblings, Dennis Arp (Deanna) of Warren, Geraldine Lindell of Russell and Donna White (Alfred) of Mechanicsburg; her sister-in-law Sally Arp of Russell; her grandchildren, Amber Brecht (Timothy), Amanda Maher, Cody Rivett (Hannah), Lacy Nicklas (Aaron), Megan Saeli (Matt), Matthew Stanton (Jenny), Jennifer Tomlonovic (Brent) and Sara Huff (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Riley Monda, Trinity Maher, Eivin Maher, Henry Rivett, Harper Saeli, Lucas Stanton, Jayden Thayer, Luci Williams-Huff and William Huff.
