He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tuscai Sr. and Mary Tuscai (Savastana); and his sister-in-law Betty. He is survived by: his wife Beth Tuscai; his daughters, Christy Smith (Daniel) and Jill Caffarella (Joseph M.); his grandchildren, Riley, Addison, Olivia, Colin, Andrew and Benjamin; and his brothers, James and Victor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
