He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ott (Flanagan); his daughters, Kristi Dzielski and Kimberly Ott-Bustard; his son-in-law Robert Bustard; and his grandchildren, Katrina Marie Sullivan, Skylar Rose Sullivan, Michael Patrick Sullivan and Kaelin Mercedes Bustard. He is also survived by his aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins.
