She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Mabel Smith. She is survived by: her husband Frank Kudamik; her children, Frank Kudamik, Jr. (Donna) of Lyndora, Daniel Kudamik of Prospect, Eric Kudamik, Timothy Kudamik (Sallie) of Butler, David Kudamik of Renfrew and Amy Schaffer (John) of Cranberry Township; and her brothers, Cloyd Smith, Larry Smith (Pam) of Butler and Ronald Smith (Marcia) of Ormond Beach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
