She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bankes and Mary Bankes (Hontz); and her husband Raymond C. Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy (Scott Schroades) of Inwood and Taryn Frey of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Kacy Nielsen, Nathan Trexler, Kyle Frey and Kouy Frey; her great grandchildren, Iris Nielsen, Karl Nielsen and Thomas Nielsen; and her siblings, Donna Yutko of Bloomsburg, Spike Bankes (Donna) of Bloomsburg, Patricia (Albert Bellum) of Bloomsburg and David Bankes (Donna) of Bloomsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
