She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wetzel and Mary Magdeburg (Tophoney); her stepfather Louis Tophoney; her husband Charles Tobias Sr.; her children, Charles Jr., Louis and Jeannette Edwards; and her grandson Thomas Noel.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda McCall (Jeff McCall) of Pottsville; her brothers, Robert and Richard Wetzel; and her stepsister Mary Agnes Zerby. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
