It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Dormer of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis E. Stabinsky and Theresa Stabinsky (Postick); her siblings, Frances Stabinsky Schroder and John "Jack" Stabinsky; and her pets, Maggie, Bo, Bailey, Harry, Franco and Lil Man.

She is survived by: her husband Devlin W. Dormer, Jr.; her daughters, Angelique M. Dormer of New York City, Maria T. Dormer of Frederick, Maryland, Christine A. Dormer (Christopher R. McQuillen) of Pottsville and Jacqueline D. Dormer of Pottsville; and her pets, Fluffy, Freddie, Tiny, Yogi and Lucy.
