She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mortimer and Mildred Mortimer; her great grandchild Colton Yeager; and her sisters, Joan Mortimer and Evelyn Ditzler.
She is survived by: her children, James Cappel of Pottsville, Brian Cappel, Gina of Frackville and Jodi Cappel; her close friend Jeff Coy of Charleston, SC.; her grandchildren, Brianna, Justin, Jeremy, Nicholas, Johnna, Ayden and William; and her siblings, Dorothy Daubert and Edward Mortimer.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in Judith's name be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 300 W. Arch Street, Pottsville, PA 17901.
