He was predeceased by: his parents, William Davenport and Ruth Davenport; his children, Zachary and Desiree (Devin Ruggiero); his brothers, Charles "Butch" Evans and William Davenport Jr.; his nephews, Justin Austerberry, Gage Evans, Travis Newton and Edward Yarnell Jr.; his son Earl Jr.; his daughter-in-law Laura; his grandson Javon Wilson; and also Bernadette Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his siblings, Karleen Yarnell, Karen Bolich, JoAnn Barket (Ed Barket) and James Davenport; and his caregiver Alyssa Davidson.
