He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mintz (Blankenhorn); his children, Kelly Mintz (Anthony Sedicino), Kaitlyn Mintz of Concord, MA, Kimberly Mintz Pottsville (John Werbacher, Jr.) and Dakota Blankenhorn of Pottsville; his granddaughter Kaleena Werbacher; his niece Heather (John Yonosh); and his nephew Steven Mintz.
