She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Harold Denton VanHook. She is survived by: her mother Dr. Carol Ann VanHook (Riddle); her husband Gary Hall; her daughter Sarah Beth Hall; her brother Mark VanHook (Sherri); her parents-in-law, Henry and Doris Hall; and her siblings-in-law, Patti Small, Steve Hall (Ruthann) and Karen Gould (David).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made in Martha's memory to Gift of Life at https://www.giftoflife.org. Martha's final act of kindness was to donate to Gift of Life, providing hope and life to many.
