He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Evanchak and Lillian Evanchak (Naylor); his spouse Marion Grace Evanchak (Irwin); his sons, Ralph, Jr. and Daniel Evanchak; his grandson Michael Evanchak; and his siblings, Robert, Joseph, Lillian and Dorothy Evanchak (Owens).
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Mastrovich of Port Vue and Debra Evanchak; and his grandchildren, Gene Crouch, Jr., Eliot Mastrovich (Sarah Mulligan), Jess Evanchak, Jessica Evanchak and Jennifor Evanchak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
