We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2021, at the age of 89, Frances C McNeil of Port Vue, Pennsylvania, born in Glassport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Dworek and Genevieve Kwiatkowski Dworek; her husband Cornelius John McNeil, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Ann Pearce and Michael Dworek.
She is survived by: her children, Neil McNeil (Diane) of Elizabeth, Kevin McNeil of Elizabeth, Michael McNeil of McKeesport, Jean Abrams of Greensburg, Joan McCarthy (Huntingdon), Susan Minnich (Timothy) of White Oak and Michele Fry (Huntingdon); and her brother Kenneth Dworek (Bonnie) of Clairion. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
