With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Robbins (Port Allegany, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 2, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlo Robbins and Ruth Sheppard Robbins; his son Tim Robbins; his stepchildren, Keith Lathrop and Julie A. Lathrop; and his sisters, Erla Herzog, Betty Sampson and Bernice Polk.

He is survived by: his spouse Doris M. Austin; his sons, Thom Robbins (Diane) of Delaware, Ted Robbins (Sally) of Delaware and Todd Robbins of Delaware; and his stepchildren, Cheryl D. Lathrop of Port Allegany and Rich Lathrop (Melissa) of Milford, DE. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grand-children; and several nieces and nephews.
