He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Jacoby and Eva Jacoby (Floyd); his spouse Izella L. Jacoby (Arnold); and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his sons, Richard T. Jacoby, Jr. (Jill) of Schwenksville and David A. Jacoby (Linda) of Warren, ME. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
