Govern; his daughters, Mary Mantey and Christine Quinn (Patrick) of Chestnut Hill; his grandsons, Scott Mantey and Robert Mantey; his siblings, James Michael Quinn (Elaine) and Mary Jane Quinn of Branchdale, PA; his nephews, Francis Quinn and Michael Quinn (Dana); and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Govern.
