She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadao Miyazaki and Barbara Miyazaki; her sister Helen Kasai; and her husband Dr. H. T. Tamaki. She is survived by: her children, Dwight Tamaki (Patricia), Greg Tamaki (Julia), Karen Buescher (Phil) and Drew Tamaki; and her grandchildren, Connor Tamaki, Keleann, Ryan Tamaki, Russell (Laura), Clayton, Karli Buescher, Ellen, Anna and Evan Tamaki.
