He is survived by: his parents, Willie James Harley and Deborah Jean Daughtry; his stepfather Deborah Daughtry Lacey; his sisters, Desmond Lacey, Damon Lacey, William Lacey Jr. and Stephen Harley; his brothers-in-law, Zainab Najiy, Vonnie Lacey, Lakitra Burton and Valarie Snell; his nieces, Ronald Burton and Keith Snell; his nephew Alexis Snell; and his aunt Stephen Lacy. He is also survived by uncles and cousins.
