He is survived by: his wife Charlene Keefe (Powers); his son Robert R. Keefe (Adrienne) of Douglassville; his daughter-in-law Lori Keefe of New Cumberland; his grandchildren, Lindy, Ryan and Mackenzie Keefe; his sisters, Elvina Jones of New Cumberland, Edna Krone of Dillsburg and Dixie Ruppert of Dover; and his pet Opie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Herbert's name can be sent to the American Heart Association.
