He was predeceased by: his wife Grace V. (Shields); and his son John. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Bateman (Kenneth), Eileen Mayfield, Colleen Rauscher (Robert), Michael and Maureen Keenan (William). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
