He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ronan and Grace Ronan (Weidemoyer); his brothers, Robert and James Ronan; his siblings-in-law, Marge Ronan (Robert), Joseph Kelly (Patricia) and Charles Batchelder (Margaret); and his siblings, Gracie and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Ronan of Plymouth Meeting; his sons, Gerald D. Ronan, Jr. (Joyce) of East Norriton, William Ronan (Lisa) of Hatfield and Christopher Ronan (Gregory Thomas) of Ephrata; his sisters, Patricia Kelly (Pat) of West Norriton and Margaret Batchelder (Peggy) of Trooper; his sister-in-law Barbara Ronan (James) of Plymouth Meeting; and his granddaughters, Laurie, Elizabeth and Katelyn Ronan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
