He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam and Edna; his wife Theresa; and his brother Stanley Affeldt. He is survived by: his children, Lee Ann Ceccoli (John), Ken Affeldt and Chrissy Reed; his grandchildren, Christopher, Erin, Brittany, Nick, Shane and Rachel; and his sister Agnes Romonko.
