He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kowalski and Bertha Smacher Kowalski; his daughters, Diane Kowalski and Susan Seprish; and his sisters, Margaret Matrunich, Irene Gora and Annabelle Humko.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Marie Bohinski; his wife Marie; his daughter Donna DiGiuseppe (Paul); his son-in-law Joseph Seprish; his brother Francis; and his grandchildren, Daniel and Megan of Arlington, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Stanley's memory may be given to the Shriners Hospitals for Children — Philadelphia, 3551 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19140.
