She is survived by: her daughter Susan Faltz (Patrick); her brother George Wolfe; her grandchildren, Christine Faltz (Kevin), Susan Chabala (Joseph), Patricia Faltz (Trevor), Anthony and Kory Boothe; and her great grandchild Keiana Faltz.
