Chester A. Hummel Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester A. Hummel Sr. of Plains Township, Pennsylvania, born in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hummel and Mary Oskawinski Hummel; and his siblings, Toni Hummel, Betsy Sickler, Charles, John, Edward and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bolton; his sons, Travis, Plains and Chester Jr.; his stepson Richard Swiatek; his grandchildren, Jesse, Jayden, Anthony and Ty; his sisters, Stella Moore, Pittsburg and Anna Mae Cleaver; and also Tootsie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Chester's memory to the Luzerne County S.P.C.A., 524 E. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA, 18702.
