He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Ebert and Joyce Ebert (Conrad); his brothers, Daniel and Randy Ebert; his siblings-in-law, Kerin Ebert and Stephen Janis; and his parents-in-law, Stanley and Dolores Janis.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Ebert (Janis); his children, Sheila Foster (Rob), Wayne Ebert of Dansville, NY and Kaleb Ebert; his siblings, Rhonda Ebert (Shirley Cole), Dale Ebert (Christine) and Craig Ebert; and his sister-in-law Kim Ebert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
