He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Dowse and Mary McNamara Dowse; and his brother D. Michael. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Dowse (Davidson); and his children, Heather Dowse and Kevin Dowse, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a great number of friends.
