He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gardzalla Sr. and Amelda Gardzalla (Bowman); and his nephew Joseph Grocki. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Muchler; his children, Rachel, Hannah and Benjamin Gardzalla; his grandson Aiden; his siblings, Carl, Rick Gardzalla, Coleen Manley and Paula Brennan; and his stepchildren, Ryan, Ashley and Sarah Muchler.
