David Wright Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wright of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Wright to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father David Sewell; his stepfather Alfred John Shields; his brothers, Terry Shields and Ronnell Shields; and his brothers-in-law, Roger L. Travis and Minister Dean Wilson.
He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Wright-Shields; his wife Sharon Wright; his siblings, Darnell Shields, Alfred John Shields, Paula Shields, LaRuth Shields, Gerry Shields-Travis, Goldette Shields and Sheila Shields-Wilson; his children, David Bunndy (DJ), Terry Darnell Wright, Denise Smith, Nakisha Wright and Kezia; and his grandchildren, Shakeila, Shakara, Shakur, Astaisa, Davicia, Rhinia, Allen, Day'quan, Damontae and Aniya. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (2001 Wylie Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
