He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret L. Havrilak (Emery) of Phoenixville, PA; his parents, George Havrilak and Helen Havrilak (Valko); his children, David Havrilak, Sherry Zahorchak and Kathleen Whalen; and his siblings, John Havrilak, Andrew Havrilak, Jim Havrilak and Mary Kirk.
He is survived by: his children, George Quay, Jr. (Cynthia Quay), Michael Quay (Frank Potopa), Lori Heath (Bill Watkins), Raymond John Havrilak (Angela Havrilak), Andrew Havrilak and Maryann Havrilak; his grandchildren, Robert Zahorchak, Christopher Zahorchak, Ryan Zahorchak, Heather Whalen, Maggie Heath, Josh Havrilak and Jonathan Havrilak; his great grandchildren, Reid Zahorchak, Grant Zahorchak, Allie Zahorchak, Tyler Glace and Jacob Glace; and his sister Catherine McGough.
