He is survived by: his wife Anna Butterworth (Kadash); his children, Linda Mayhew, Patricia (Calvin Dixon), Gina (Bernie Grundusky) and Kevin Butterworth (Candace Brown); and his brother Ronald Butterworth (Jean). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
