He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Timchak and Lucy Timchak (Cartwright); his sons, Jerry L. and Terry L. Timchak; and his siblings, Irene Campbell, Rose Sidorick, Gerald G. and Frank Timchak.
He is survived by: his sons, Samuel L. Timchak, Jr. (Kathy) of Clearfield and Andrew L. "Andy" Timchak (Judy) of Lanse; his grandchildren, Adam Timchak (Amie) of Carlisle, Kyle Timchak (Eunice) of Philadelphia and Zach Timchak of Clearfield; and his sister Ethel Sharpless (Sheldon) of Sandy Ridge.
They had played in the local churches and nursing homes for the past 20+ years up until the Covid-19 epidemic began.
