He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Carmel Mae Greenawalt (Dixon); and his siblings, Norma J. Baumgardner and Jack Eugene Greenawalt, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Diane L. Gray of Philipsburg, Penny K. Straw (Larry) of Philipsburg, John R. Greenawalt (Molly) of Hummelstown and Cory M. Greenawalt (Laurie) of Philipsburg; his grandchildren, Ashlee Gray (Coty Tarr) of East Stroudsburg, Tim Gray (Kristin) of Westminster, Danielle Curtorillo (Tony) of Philipsburg, Kylee Kimple (Jon) of Philipsburg, Mark Greenawalt (Nikki) of Harrisburg, Ethan Greenawalt (Kaylyn) of Laramie, Lucas Greenawalt of Bryan, Andrew Greenawalt (Ella) of Philipsburg and Denver Greenawalt of Philipsburg; and his sisters, Donna Shields of Chester Hill and Sandra Maurer (John "Buck). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
