With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorie Frank of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel W. Dolan and Mabel R. Dolan (Fry). She is survived by: her daughter Tana M. Smith (William Steele) of Philipsburg; her grandchildren, Kaily and Addyson Smith of Philipsburg; and her siblings, Debra "Deb" L. Craig (John) of Bellefonte and Daniel W. Dolan, Jr. (Natalie) of Julian.
