Portugal of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Portugal of Philipsburg; his grandchildren, Lilly Sue Jo Harris of Philipsburg and Hilmer Lee Harris, Jr. of Philipsburg; his sisters, Joanna Cirino of New York, Emilia "Millie" Ypsilantis of White Plains and Robin A. Burns (Gregory A. Burns); his nieces, Megan E. Burns, Jessica B. Gordon, Katie M. Burns and Julia A. Burns; his great-nephews, Ranger A. Jury and Micah N. Gordon; his pets, Little Miss, Jeter and Joey; and his caregivers, Brandon, Koch and Lydia Shippee.
