Riggleman of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Price and Doris Marie Riggleman (Gray); and her sister Susan Riggleman. She is survived by: her children, Dylan Riggleman (Heather Kephart) of Johnstown and Melinda Passmore (Daniel, Jr.) of Houtzdale; her grandchildren, Maverick of Houtzdale and Ryleigh Passmore of Houtzdale; and her siblings, Robin Youstic (Kris) of Kylertown, Gwendolyn Conklin (John) of Morrisdale, Robert Riggleman, Sr. of Philipsburg, James Riggleman of Philipsburg and Shelly Riggleman (Dorothy) of Philipsburg.
