He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Evans and Lucy P. Evans (Greenland); his son John R. Evans; and his sister Rebecca Horton. He is survived by: his spouse Jonalie Ritchie; his children, Lora A. Evans of Hobe Sound, FL, Jamie L. Whitehead (Jim) of Philipsburg, PA and Jim Evans (Darbie) of Spring Mills, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jaclyn, Ian, Michala, Kylie, Noah and Joshua; his great grandchild Evelyn; his daughter-in-law Judy Evans of Allentown, PA; his nieces, Mary "Toots" Wilson and Debbie Myers; and his pet Daisy.
