She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jennifer Haag and David L. Haag; and her siblings, Charlene L. Twoey (James) of Philipsburg, Darlene L. Leamer (Daniel) of Commodore, Karen L. Carter (Timothy Sherry) of Julian, Deborah L. Wisor (Timothy Graham) of Mineral Springs and Charles L. "Chuckie" Hazel, Jr. (Paul L. Hazel) of Houtzdale. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
